a) INSTALLATION AND USE

This app is only used by jbc-mall tenants to view their card washroom card usage. if you not a tentant, the APP may not be of use to you

Usage

Tenants Download and install the app
Registration is required.The following data is required from the tenant: The Shop number, phone, email and also create username/ password to access the APP
Once logged in, tenants can be able to view the status of the shop card if its active or deactivated.
Through the APP, tentants can also be able to view card usage ,remaining points and can topup via MPESA directly at the aPP.

b). USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The app does not collect any personal data except that which is collected by tenant during registration

The data inputed by users include

Full names, Shop Number, Phone , Email adress and Gender
Photo can be uploaded to the profile but its optional

Use of the personal data collected from the user

The phone number to to receive sms notifications and alerts of the card is disabled or activated
Via the email address, tenants receive montly reports on card usage and also amount spent

This information is not shared to any third party system
