• Registering of beneficiaries
• Verifying the users biometically
• Uploading them to the server for future use

The app is only to be installed in company tablets and therefore no personal data is to be collected except that which is collected by staff

The data inputed by users include

• Beneficiaries Biodata eg. Full names, location and title of their Job Description
• Biometric fingerprints
• Photo of the beneficiary
